For the 39th Annual Education Conference Sessions, to be held November 10-11 in La QuintaUTA’s Conference Committee is asking for suggestions from potential speakers who would like to present and from attendees who would like a particular topic to be addressed.
Nine new members have joined UTA: Ellen Cha; Eric Friedman; Andrew Hall; Christina Harper; Meriel Lee; James Lewin; Cherie Maples; Maria Moskver, Esq.; and Hongyu Shao.
Over three dozen bills remain alive for potential signature by Governor Brown during September, after adjournment of the 2013-14 legislative session on August 31. A full report on the governor's actions will be given at the upcoming UTA conference.
