Foreclosure Solution, Inc. (FSI) is seeking a detail-oriented, technically proficient Specialist to support our specialized technology solutions for the mortgage default-servicing industry. In a full-time remote role, you will provide technical support to our clients and create essential reports. Key Responsibilities
- - Technical & Case Support: Act as a point of contact within our Case Management System (Freshdesk) to resolve client support requests efficiently and within established SLA benchmarks.
- - Report Creation: Translate data into actionable reports and insights, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all data outputs, utilizing Crystal Reports and DevExpress Reports.
- - System Integrity: Perform quality control (QC) checks, adhering to our layered QC protocols to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- - Technical Proficiency: Strong background in RDBMS administration and SQL, with a deep understanding of data validation and reporting processes.
- - Support Experience: Proven experience providing technical support in a professional services or technology-driven environment, preferably using ticketing systems like Freshdesk, Jira, and GitHub.
- - Analytical Mindset: Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for software or process issues.
- - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for effective client interaction and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook.
