Foreclosure Assistant / Assistant Trustee Sales Officer

Job Description:
North Star Trustee, LLC is looking for a responsible and dependable individual to fill the position of Foreclosure Assistant / Assistant Trustee Sales Officer for our Mountlake Terrace office location. This is a full time position working Monday thru Friday.

The ideal person will be responsible for managing incoming documents, reviewing and setting up files, preparing foreclosure documents and notices, updating client systems, and general office support tasks. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who thrives in a fast paced work environment with the ability to work independently and as part of a growing team. Previous work experience in the Foreclosure or Mortgage industry is desired.

General Job Duties:
-Performs initial file setup upon referral and requests foreclosure related documents from clients.
-Monitors and reviews incoming documents, sends recording packages to title companies.
-Prepares foreclosure notices, mailings and orders posting services.
-Tracks and reviews completed mailing, posting and/or publication affidavits.
-Provides file status updates and monitors various client communication websites.
-Orders and follows-up on title endorsements.
-Utilizes production reports and case management work lists to manage daily tasks.
-Scanning, overnight mail and other tasks as required.

Required Experience & Skills:
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to efficiently plan and prioritize multiple tasks 
-High attention to detail and accuracy in their work product
-Work with highly confidential and sensitive personal data
-Overall positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing client and industry requirements
-Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Experience with foreclosure industry systems such as LPS and TEMPO desired but not required
