Contra Costa County Superior Court Presiding Judge Barry Good has amended his order to continue sales at the courthouse through May 31, 2014. Sales were to be set somewhere for after the February 15, 2014 deadline to find an alternative site to the courthouse.
UTA’s February 11 class in Orange County on the regulations was very successful, and the final class on provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB regulations impacting non-judicial foreclosures will be held on February 27 in Dallas.
