UTA has scheduled a Washington Lobby Day on February 12th in Olympia, Washington. Appointments will be arranged with legislators after a briefing provides UTA members with talking points from UTA’s Washington lobbyist, Holly Chisa.

The California Supreme Court has granted hearings on cases challenging assignments of deeds of trust in wrongful foreclosure cases. UTA is sad to report that Christian Spring of Foreclosure Resources, based in San Diego, has died from complications arising from cancer. Christian was only 39, and was a UTA member since 2008.
