UTA Member and Conference Sponsor iMailTrackinghas announced an expansion of services and a change in ownership to include original founders, Margaret Padilla, Avis Thomas and Marie Hickey as well as industry veterans Tom Prior and Art Morris. As part of the acquisition, iMailTracking retained veteran management and operations executives David Dutcher and Dave Neal to complete the new executive structure.

In tandem with their leadership announcement, iMailTrackinghas launched new business initiatives that improve security, business continuity systems and cost controls. “We are looking forward to growing the company by providing exemplary service to our current customers and expanding services to new markets,” says Vice President, Dave Neal.
