Washington State has started its legislative session, and the foreclosure community continues to negotiate on legislation. We are expected to work for 60 days.
UTA’s Lobby Day, February 12th in Olympia, Washington and UTA’s 7th Annual California Legislative Day, March 16th in Sacramento, California was successful and enjoyed by all participants.
UTA will be offering an updated California Level 1 certification class on April 30th. The class will be held from 9-noon at Carrington Foreclosure Services in Santa Ana. Attendees may take the one-hour open book certification course after the class. (Only UTA Members may be certified.)
