Hotel room reservations are now being accepted for the 2016 UTA Annual Education Conference & Trade Show. Sunday, November 6th will feature three networking options: the 23rd Annual Golf Tournament; a Cooking Participation Class; and a Jeep Adventure Hummer Tour. The education sessions will be held Monday and Tuesday, November 7-8th. UTA’s annual dinner event – this year an All-American Barbecue celebration – will be Monday evening.
Please note that the hotel room guarantee deadline for the UTA’s 41s Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is September 30th.
This year’s meeting will be held at the La Quinta Resort. Rooms are $219 per night for UTA conference registrants, plus a $15 daily resort fee. The conference earlybird deadline is August 31st. The La Quinta Resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability.
