UTA’s February 11 class in Orange County on the regulations was very successful, and the final class on provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB regulations impacting non-judicial foreclosures will be held on February 27 in Dallas.

UTA has finalized three programs that will provide members with information on provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB regulations impacting nonjudicial foreclosures.

The California State Bar has approved three hours of MCLE (Minimum Continuing Legal Education) Credit Hours for attendees of UTA classes held on CFPB’s rules.
