One More Class on CFPB Regulations Impacting Non-judicial Foreclosures on the Docket

UTA’s CFPB Class was well attended

UTA has one class left on the calendar on provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB regulations impacting non-judicial foreclosures. The class will be held February 27 (Tuesday) from 1-4 pm, Central Time in Dallas, Texas. Jim DeLoach, Esq., Butler & Hosch (moderator); Martin T. McGuinn, Esq., Kirby & McGuinn; and Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Butler & Hosch will be the instructors.

UTA’s February 11 class in Orange County on the regulations was very successful. 60 members attended the class taught by Phillip M. Adleson, Esq., Adleson, Hess & Kelly; Martin T. McGuinn, Esq., Kirby & McGuinn; and Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Butler & Hosch.

Additionally, 42 attended UTA’s February 5 webinar providing an overview of the new CFPB regulations, taught by Mark S. Blackman, Esq., Alpert Barr & Grant.
