Three Classes on CFPB Regulations Impacting Nonjudicial Foreclosures Scheduled

UTA has finalized three programs that will provide members with information on provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB regulations impacting nonjudicial foreclosures.

• February 5 (Wednesday) – Webinar from 10-11 am, Pacific. This webinar will provide an overview of the new CFPB Regulations. Mark S. Blackman, Esq., Alpert Barr & Grant will conduct the webinar.

• February 11 (Tuesday) – Class from 1-4 pm, Pacific in Orange County, California. This class will provide a more detailed overview of the new CFPB Regulations and provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act. Phillip M. Adleson, Esq., Adleson, Hess & Kelly (moderator); Mark S. Blackman, Esq., Alpert Barr & Grant; Martin T. McGuinn, Esq., Kirby & McGuinn; and Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Butler & Hosch will be the instructors.

• February 27 (Thursday) – Class from 1-4 pm, Central Time in Dallas, Texas. This will be the same class as taught in Orange County on February 11th.
