Avoid Burnout
UTA Conference Session Teaches Sanity Management

Executive Coach Fiona Forrest of Strategic Learning Solutions will lead a session dedicated to personal growth and productivity, entitled “Sanity Management in Today’s Environment”, to be held on Monday, October 29th at the UTA’s 32nd Annual Education Conference & Trade Show.

Managing your sanity needs to become a top priority if you are to survive the intensity of your business during these particularly busy times for the non-judicial default servicing industry. Learn how top executives and managers balance the intensity of life and business from our speaker who will share strategies and techniques to stay healthy and sane.

This session will address the common fallacies about what creates energy and will enable you to develop a personal plan for gaining more energy, focusing your passion and avoiding the approaches that might trip you up. Fiona will share strategies for being more efficient and increasing productivity that you can use and share with your teams. Avoiding burnout is more than good for your business; it’s a necessity for your health.

Fiona Forrest has 19 years of management experience in the corporate world and in consulting with a wide variety of organizations. She is passionate about personal and organizational development as she brings enthusiasm, energy and a wealth of theoretical and practical business experience to the conference.
