The Washington State Foreclosure Fairness Program guidelines are being revised and updated.

So far, the changes to the draft updated guidelines are the revision of outdated statutory language and references.

The Washington State Department of Commerce is accepting comments to updated draft by July 15^th. Final revised guidelines will be available in late August. Comments can be emailed directly to foreclosuremediation@commerce.wa.gov (please indicate the section number and/or page number you are referencing).
