UTA’s Dinner/discussion on SB 1079 compliance was a hit with 43 in-person attendees and another 23 in attendance via Zoom.
Stephen Hicklin, Esq., The Hicklin Law Firm and Edward Treder, Esq., Barrett Daffin Frappier Treder & Weiss debated various interpretations of the law’s language and how operationally Trustees should implement. Randy Newman, Esq. Total Lender Solutions, UTA President, served as the moderator.
On May 4th, UTA will be holding Trustees Roundtables. Kayo Manson-Tompkins, Esq., The Wolf Firm will be the facilitator of the Large Trustees Roundtable. Mitch Willett of S.B.S. Trust Deed Network will be the facilitator of the Small Trustees Roundtable. The dinner event will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at TAPS in Tustin. The roundtables are for UTA members only.
