Borrower hadn’t tendered amount on loan

UTA will be filing an amicus brief in the case of Yvanova v. New Century. The case involves a borrower who lacks standing to pursue a quiet title claim without first tendering amount on her loan. The borrower also lacked standing to challenge validity of assignment of deed of trust. The brief will be filed by Wright, Finlay & Zak on behalf of the Association.
