Olivia Todd and Eva Tapia Co-Chair Membership Committee

UTA President Cathe Cole-Sherburn of Trustee Corps, has announced the Association’s Committee Chairs for 2018.

–Robert Finlay, Esq. of Wright Finlay & Zak will serve as the Legislative Committee Chair.

–Martin T. McGuinn, Esq. of Kirby & McGuinn, will serve as the Legal Resources Committee Chair.

– Olivia Todd of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. and Eva Marin-Tapia of ServiceLink Auction will serve as Membership Committee Co-Chairs.

– Susan Pettem of Novare Settlement Services and David Dutcher of iMailTracking will serve as Co-Chairs of the Vendor Relations Committee.

–Robert Cullen of Redwood Trust Deed Services, Gary Wisham of Allied Trustee Services, and DeeAnn Gregory of First American Trustee Servicing Solutions will serve as the Education Committee Co-Chairs.

–Chet Sconyers of First American Trustee Servicing Solutions will serve as the Finance Committee Chair.

Additionally, Martin T. McGuinn, Esq. of Kirby & McGuinn, will serve as UTA Quarterly’s Legal Consultant.  UTA’s committees and its member volunteers are the engine that drives the Association.  If you would like to contribute your time and expertise to any of our committees, please contact any of the committee chairs or Richard Meyers, UTA’s Executive Director.
