This year the membership will be electing six seats to the Board of Directors. Terms for each of the seats is for three years, beginning on January 1, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2023.
The Board of Directors oversees the policy, budget and operations of the United Trustees Association, a non-profit corporation.
Members interested in running or nominating a member for a Board position, should complete a Board Candidate Profile Form and submit it to the UTA office by September 3rd. A copy of the UTA’s Board Candidate Eligibility Policy is also available. The Board elections will be held online this year, with an announcement of the winners in November, after the Annual Meeting, which will be held online October 5th.
