Three Board seats are up for election

UTA is now accepting nominations for seats on the 2019 UTA Board of Directors.

This year the membership will be electing three seats to the Board of Directors. Terms for each of the seats is for three years, beginning on January 1, 2020 and ending on December 31, 2022.

The Board of Directors oversees the policy, budget and operations of the United Trustees Association, a non-profit corporation.

Members interested in running or nominating a member for a Board position, should complete a Board Candidate Profile Form and submit it to the UTA office by September 3rd.  A copy of the UTA’s Board Candidate Eligibility Policy is also available. The Board elections will be held during the association’s annual meeting, held on Monday, November 11th during the UTA annual Education Conference, held in Las Vegas, NV.
