UTA Nomination Committee Chair DeeAnn Gregory of First American Mortgage Solutions, has announced that UTA is now accepting nominations for seats on the 2019 UTA Board of Directors.
This year the membership will be electing five seats to the Board of Directors. Terms for each of the seats is for three years, beginning on January 1, 2019 and ending on December 31, 202.
The Board of Directors oversees the policy, budget and operations of the United Trustees Association, a non-profit corporation.
Members interested in running or nominating a member for a Board position, should complete a Board Candidate Profile Form and submit it to the UTA office by September 5th. A copy of the UTA’s Board Candidate Eligibility Policy is also available. The Board elections will be held during the association’s annual meeting, held on Monday, November 5th during the UTA annual Education Conference, held in Las Vegas, NV.
