UTA’s San Diego Dinner will be held Thursday, June 5th, at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley. Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Butler & Hosch; Randy Newman, Esq., Total Lender Solutions; and Richard G. Witkin, Esq., Law Offices of Richard G. Witkin will facilitate a roundtable discussion on several topics, including HOA lien foreclosures; CFPB rules from the trustees perspective; and Complying with lender audits. In April, UTA held a roundtable discussion dinner event in Orange County that received plaudits from attendees.
