The conference will be held over four days – October 4-8 – with two sessions per day.
This year’s conference CLE accredited sessions will feature: COVID Cleanup; Servicing Through COVID; Working with Private Beneficiaries; as well as Bankruptcy Case Updates; Case Law; Legislative Updates; Arizona Legal Updates; and both a Large and Small Trustees Roundtable.
The Opening Session will be a Default Servicing Economic Forecast by Rick Sharga, whose previous forecasts to UTA members have been exactingly prescient.
Two fun sessions are also scheduled – a ‘UTA Jeopardy’ game and ‘Yappy Hour’ – bring your dogs and wine!
The Earlybird registration deadline is August 21st. Friday, November 2nd, UTA will offer both the Basic and Intermediate California Foreclosure Certification Courses.
“The registration fees are affordable, consistent with an online format,’ said Randy Newman, Conference Chair. “There is even an option to pay for a single session.”
