UTA’s Orange County Dinner – scheduled for April 23rd – will now be a virtual discussion. Members will be able to logon to the discussion via Zoom on April 23rd at 2:00 pm.
Mike Belote, UTA’s California Lobbyist, from California Advocates, will update participants on California legislation involving a new licensing obligation for debt collectors; publication requirements; a new state level CFPB; and requirements resulting from state declarations regarding the coronavirus.
We realize that at this confusing time, it is imperative that information regarding best practices be discussed with respect to various rules and orders. As such, UTA is waiving a fee for participation, but this virtual event is for UTA members only. Zoom Login information will be provided to members soon.
