Biography:

Olivia A. Todd is the Executive Director of Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. (“T&B”) located in Phoenix, Arizona.  T&B and its subsidiary National Default Servicing Corporation (“NDSC”) handle Default Related Processes for the states of Arizona, California Nevada and New Mexico.

She joined the firm 21 years ago when she moved from Austin, Texas where she was a Senior Vice President for Calmco, Inc.; a loan servicing operation specializing in the servicing of sub-prime loans.  Prior to Calmco, Inc., Olivia was with the default servicing operation of Temple-Inland Mortgage (now known as Guaranty Residential Lending) for 12 years.

Olivia has served on the Board of Directors for the USFN.  She graduated from the University of Texas – Austin in 1981 with a degree in Finance.

Why I would like to be a member of the Board of Directors and/or my vision for UTA:

It is ever more critical that all Trustee’s/Firm have a voice at the table with both GSE’s and Servicer Clients to ensure the long-term viability of our firms in an industry that has been squeezed by ever diminishing profits and where consolidation seems to be the key to long term survival.  The risks that we all face in this business are too numerous to count but one of the keys to controlling the risks is to develop a proactive way to communicate issues and concern that are common to us all!  Recent legislation, case law and client alerts are but a few of the areas that should be shared with fellow members of the UTA in order to develop strategies to overcome common obstacles!

In addition, the UTA should partner with other organizations such as the USFN and/or the ALFN to increase the allowable fees for both FHA and VA loans and help curb the continual price increases from our Third-Party Service Providers (“TPSP”).

As a member of the Board of Directors for the UTA, I would make these goals a priority.
