Selina passed UTA’s Washington Certification Exam and is now a Certified Trustee Sale Officer, Washington. (Selina is also a UTA Certified Trustee Sale Officer in Arizona and California, having passed the advanced course in California as well.)

UTA certification is designed so that employers and consumers alike will have confidence in the recipient’s thorough knowledge of the nonjudicial foreclosure process and have the education necessary to perform the duties associated with the process of nonjudicial foreclosures in a particular state.

The certification course covers state foreclosure procedures; monetary and non-monetary defaults; judicial vs. non-judicial foreclosures; what a lender provides to the Trustee; what a trustee does; notice of default; notice of sale; review of Trustee’s Sale Guarantees; reinstatement; presale redemption; sale; Trustee’s Deed; Proceeds of Sale; and Bankruptcy.
