Gov Sisolak
On August 31st, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak both lifted the ban on Nevada foreclosures and announced a further extension of the eviction moratorium. The moratorium does not apply to REO evictions.
The Governor’s Directive did not address the foreclosure moratorium, so Nevada can now resume foreclosure activity. That resumption could be superseded and prohibited by a federal moratoria.
