NV FMP Rules Available

Several documents are available to members with respect to the revised Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program.  The website has instructions and an Excel spreadsheet used to request Certificates as well as the Foreclosure Mediation Rules.

UTA held a member conference call with Perry Faigin, Chief of Administration, Housing Division of the Department of Business & Industry for the State of Nevada on July 26^th.
