Why I would like to be a member of the Board of Directors and/or my vision for UTA:

I believe I can bring many years of experience and knowledge to the industry as well as the UTA organization. I have been in the foreclosure and default services industry for 29 years. I have personally processed thousands of foreclosure actions, cried Trustee’s Sales, and bid for lenders’s at Trustee’s sales. I have first-hand experience with the day-to-day operation of a default services company as well as managing a multi-layer organization. I have been able to adjust, pivot, and adapt to change. The above skillsets would help me be successful in guiding the UTA organization through changes in the future.
