Biography:

I am a native Californian who has been practicing real estate finance law for over 22 years (litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, compliance) and admitted to practice in CA and WA. I am intimately familiar with foreclosure laws in CA, WA, AZ, NV, OR, and UT and with state and federal loan servicing laws. I was general Counsel for a 10-state foreclosure trustee for over 4 years. I am the Chair of UTA’s Legislative Committee and a member of CMBA’s Legislative Committee for over 10 years. I have been elected as a Board Member of UTA for three terms between 2012 and the present.

Why I would like to be a member of the Board of Directors and/or my vision for UTA:

I truly value the collaboration of like-minded companies in the default servicing industry that occurs through UTA, and I want to continue to offer my support and expertise to improve UTA’s legislative, education and networking programs.
