Why I would like to continue to be a member of the Board of Directors and my vision for UTA:
I believe it is important to be knowledgeable in any changes to the foreclosure laws that will impact what a trustee is required to do in order to process a foreclosure. Being on the legislative committee would enable me to keep tabs on any legislation that may impact that process and be in a position to educate the trustees of any upcoming changes to the foreclosure process. Being on the board of directors gives me an opportunity to have first hand information on these changes as well as to discuss what educational webinars and/or panels would best help the trustees.
