Biography: 

Kate Eshenko is Vice President, Account Manager for Default Services at First American Mortgage Solutions. First American Mortgage Solutions is a premier provider of title insurance, settlement services, and solutions for the entire life cycle of a residential loan. Starting at First American in 2002 as a Senior Financial Analyst, Kate was promoted to TSG Sales Representative in 2005 and is an integral partner to foreclosure trustees and attorneys. She works closely with her team to efficiently deliver accurate and compliant products and services. Her experience and understanding of mortgage industry processes and regulatory rule changes make her a valued resource to her clients.

Kate holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and is certified by the United Trustees Association in Foreclosure Certification Course and Exam (Level I).

Why I would like to be a member of the board of directors and/ or my vision for UTA:

I strongly support the United Trustees Association (UTA) and care deeply about its purpose and success. Being a member of the board offers a unique opportunity to influence important initiatives and drive positive change. I take my role in governance and decision-making for the organization very seriously and I would like to continue to make a direct impact in the direction of the UTA. It has been an honor and pleasure to serve over the last 3 years, and I look forward to being a part of future accomplishments of the UTA.
