Our panel of bankruptcy judges will discuss and explain recent bankruptcy decisions that have impacted foreclosure practice and real estate law on Monday, November 11th at the 44th Annual UTA Conference, held in Las Vegas.
Current issues in litigation will also be addressed by the Honorable August B. Landis, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, District of Nevada; the Honorable Stephen L. Johnson, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of California; the Honorable William J. Lafferty III, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Northern District of California; and the Honorable Scott C.
