Biography:
Henry Briones is a Manager of Attorney Firm Relations at Auction.com, where he partners with law firms, trustees, servicers, and technology providers to enhance foreclosure operations and advance technology adoption across the default servicing industry. Since joining Auction.com in 2011, he has held several operational leadership roles, including Foreclosure Supervisor and Senior Asset Manager. With more than 20 years of industry experience spanning foreclosure, REO, and attorney engagement, Henry focuses on operational efficiency, workflow modernization, and technology initiatives that support industry partners nationwide. Through his service on the UTA Nominations Committee, conference participation, and experience as a UTA panelist, he has developed a strong appreciation for the association’s role in fostering education, collaboration, and professional development across the industry.
Why I would like to be a member of the board of directors and/ or my vision for UTA:
UTA has provided me with valuable opportunities to learn from industry leaders, build relationships, and broaden my understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing trustees and foreclosure professionals. Serving on the Board would allow me to give back to the organization while becoming more actively involved in its continued growth and success.
As the industry evolves, I believe UTA has an important opportunity to help members navigate operational change and emerging technologies while preserving the experience, professionalism, and trusted relationships that are foundational to our work. My vision is to support practical education, meaningful member engagement, and greater collaboration among trustees, law firms, servicers, and industry partners.
I would bring a vendor perspective shaped by more than 20 years in default servicing and by working across operations, industry relationships, and technology. I hope to contribute a practical and collaborative voice that helps UTA remain a trusted resource for its members and continues to welcome new ideas and perspectives.
