73 UTA members attended a webinar held last month on ‘Changes To The Post-Auction Upset Bid Process: Implementing AB 1837’. The webinar was led by UTA’s Legislative Committee Co-Chairs, Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Wright Finlay & Zak and Andrew Boylan, Esq., McCarthy& Holthus, LLP.

The webinar addressed what trustees should red flag when reviewing qualifying parties; how to ensure that all required components in each bidder category is in the affidavit/declaration; and whether trustees confirm accuracy of data points to support reasonable reliance.
