Dean Meyer, Director, Non-performing Loan Management, Freddie Mac, and Graham Kidner, Esq., Associate General Counsel, Fannie Mae, will address the current state of affairs of the default industry from the GSE perspective and provide their thoughts going forward. Caren Castle, Esq., Director of Marketing and Compliance and Lead Attorney, IDEA Law Group, joins the panel moderated by Cathe Cole-Sherburn, Sr. VP of Operations, Trustee Corps.
This year’s conference will also feature a Bankruptcy Update panel with the Honorable August Landis, District of Nevada; the Honorable Christopher D.
