UTA will be holding a Dinner Meeting on Tuesday, April 2nd. The dinner session will provide a Legislative Update and will address Post Foreclosure Sale/Prior Confirmation and will include a mock update bid process from sale through issuance of the TDUS.
Andrew Boylan, Esq, McCarthy Holthus and Diane Weifenbach, Esq., Attorney Lender Services will lead the discussion.
The dinner meeting will be from 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm at the Hotel Zessa (formerly DoubleTree), across the street from First American in Santa Ana. The meeting will also be available online for those not within driving distance.
