Deadline for Trustee Sales at Contra County Courthouse is June 2

June 2 is deadline for sales

Contra Costa County Superior Court Presiding Judge, Barry Goode has extended the drop-dead date for trustees’ sales at the Contra Costa County Courthouse Grounds to June 2, 2014. In response to our letter (and the letters of other stakeholders), the court begrudgingly extended the drop-dead date, making it clear that all trustees’ sales will have to be concluded at the Courthouse location on or before June 2, 2014, otherwise the trustees’ sales will have to renoticed at a new location.
