Sleeping Room Deadline Coming

UTA’s hotel room guarantee deadline for the 46th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is October 7th.  That means, after that date, we cannot guarantee that a hotel room will be available at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino for the UTA Conference after that date.

To reserve your hotel room and receive our group rate of $100/night (plus $20 resort fee), please call 775-689-7145 and mention group code United Trustees Association or make your reservations here.

The resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability.  Cancellation is allowable without penalty three days prior to reservation.  Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

In addition to its casino, the Peppermill resorts amenities include a posh 9,900-square-foot fitness center; two beautiful pools and three outdoor jetted spas, heated with on-site geothermal energy; designer boutique shopping, free WiFi Internet access for all guests; an exciting assortment of bars and lounges, including the iconic Fireside Lounge; and 9 award-winning restaurants offering authentic Chinese, inspired Italian, steaks and chops, seafood, deli, and café dining.

The Peppermill features an easy and convenient airport shuttle, which departs from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby, and runs every half-hour beginning at 4:30 am. The last shuttle departs from the Peppermill going to the airport at 10:30 pm. In addition, the airport shuttle departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour beginning at 4:45 am, and continuing to 10:15 pm. This shuttle picks up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area.
