UTA’s hotel room guarantee deadline for the 48th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is October 5th.  That means, after that date, we cannot guarantee that a hotel room will be available at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino for the UTA Conference after that date.

To reserve your hotel room and receive our group rate of $100/night (plus $20 resort fee) Sunday-Tuesday, please call 866-821-9996 and mention our group, United Trustees Association and CUTA23 or make your hotel reservations here.

The resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. Cancellation is allowable without penalty three days prior to reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure the availability of the UTA rates.
