The earlybird deadline for UTA’s 50th Annual Education Conference is June 6th.

This rate is less expensive than the hotel’s current rates and is available on a first-come, first-served basis only for conference registrants. The conference’s earlybird registration deadline is June 6th.

To guarantee availability and rates, reservations must be made prior to July 25, 2025. That means, after that date, we cannot guarantee that a hotel room will be available at the JW Marriott for the UTA Conference.
Cancellation is allowable without penalty three days prior to reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible in order to ensure the availability of the UTA rates.
