Biography:

Chris Pummill is the President of America’s Trustee Services, LLC. She has over 30 years of mortgage default experience, specializing in the management of non-judicial foreclosures in multiple states. Chris began her career in California where she worked for two of the largest independent trustees for 16 years.

In 1996 she relocated to Texas where she was appointed Chief Operating Officer for one of the nation’s largest trustee’s. In 2005, she took on additional responsibilities for the parent company and led foreclosure, loss mitigation, property valuations, and homeowner’s association lien operations located in five different states. In 2007 she was hired as President of a new trustee and helped the owner and firm partners quickly build a nationally recognized leader of non-judicial default services.

Chris and her husband Steve enjoy time outdoors hiking, skiing, and playing tennis. While Steve enjoys riding his bike several miles a day, Chris prefers to chase their young grandchildren around every chance she gets. Chris loves cooking, crocheting, and gardening.

Why I would like to be a member of the Board of Directors and/or my vision for UTA:

I have been in this industry since 1980 and have been a faithful member for most of my career, and well before the organization was renamed UTA. I have previously served on the UTA Board in various positions such as Vice President, Director, Conference Chair, and Education Chair. After relocating to Texas, I was instrumental in promoting the expansion of UTA to include the State of Texas. Texas is growing rapidly and being located in Dallas amongst many new default-related service providers is beneficial. I plan to grow the Texas membership base and will seek support from the Texas Servicer community as well as other local service providers who support UTA firms and trustee's. There have been many changes throughout the years since I joined the original California Trustee's Association(CTA) but one thing remains the same, we have very dedicated members who have always worked together to support each other to make UTA a strong organization with the most hard-working and knowledgeable members. The organization has always provided superior educational workshops, seminars, and annual conferences. I attend many conferences throughout the year and consider UTA one of the most educational, with top-notch panel speakers and a comprehensive, meaningful curriculum. I'd be honored to serve on the UTA Board again and I will work as hard as I can to promote UTA, increase membership, organization awareness, collaboration, and enthusiasm towards our common goals and challenges.
