The United Trustees Association welcomes six new members in November.

UTA President Joyce Copeland and UTA Nomination Committee Chair Mark Blackman have announced that eleven members will appear on the ballot for the six seats that are up for election to the UTA Board of Directors.

The Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program – administered by the Supreme Court of Nevada - is seeking members to serve on their Advisory Committee.

The UTA Board has approved a new membership category designed for previous UTA members who are no longer employed in the default servicing industry

Individuals from Servicer companies who do not provide trustee services will now be extended membership, per a UTA Board of Directors directive.
