Lobbying is empowering!
Please join your colleagues for UTA’s California Lobby Day on Monday, March 12th in Sacramento. UTA will be lobbying to express our concerns with SB 818, a bill that reinstates the provisions – and imposes more rigorous requirements – of the Homeowner Bill of Rights that expired on January 1, 2018 as well as expressing support for UTA provisions in trustee legislation.
UTA has pre-scheduled appointments for members. Attendees will be briefed at noon, and meetings with legislators and staff will be held from 1pm to 4 pm.
