Biography:

Tammy Laird is the President of Clear Recon Corp (CRC), an affiliated foreclosure trustee of Aldridge Pite, LLP. Tammy has been with CRC since 2013 and manages client, state and process specific teams. She handles escalated matters and ensures implementation of all policies and procedures for the west coast non-judicial jurisdictions in which the firm practices. Tammy communicates with new and existing clients on a daily basis and ensures that the services provided by the firm exceed the clients’ expectations. Tammy is well versed in third party applications such as BKFS Desktop, Vendorscape, Tempo, SSE, Clarifire and other proprietary systems. Tammy began her career in the mortgage default industry by joining Cal-Western Reconveyance Corporation in 1995. Tammy has nearly 30 years of experience in the mortgage default industry.

Why I would like to be a member of the Board of Directors and/or my vision for UTA:

I have been in the industry for nearly 30 years and would like the opportunity to help the UTA grow as the industry grows. I would like to see the UTA continue to foster the education of its members as well as expand and grow as a trade organization. I think the UTA’s ability to bring all sides to the table as the industry evolves and changes with the times is invaluable. Additionally, as the industry grows I would like to be part of the UTA board to help lead the organization and mentor new members.
