UTA and the National Association of Default Professional (formerly REOMAC) will hold a webinar on ‘Servicing and Foreclosure Post-Pandemic Issues’ on Wednesday, August 18th from Noon to 1 pm, PST.
The one-hour session will provide both a macro-view and a detailed summary of post-moratorium servicing and default management issues. The panel will address CFPB rules, any and all Fannie and Freddie directives, and multiple state laws affecting evictions and foreclosure forbearances.
The panel will be moderated by Mark Paniccia, VP of Business & Commercial Lending, TREO Asset Services (NADP President); with panelists, Cathe Cole-Sherburn, Senior VP, Trustee Corps; Rick Sharga, Executive VP, RealtyTrac; and John Dunnery, VP, Government Loan Servicing, Community Loan Servicing, LLC.
The webinar is $50, but free for members of UTA and NADP.
