Susan Pettem, Membership Committee Chair

UTA President Randy Newman of Total Lender Solutions, has announced the Association’s Committee Chairs for 2015.

• Susan Pettem of Wingspan Advisors will serve as Membership Committee Chair.
• Chris Pummill of BDF Law Group and Gary Wisham of Allied Trustee Services will serve as the Education Committee Co-Chairs.
• T. Robert Finlay, Esq. of Wright Finlay & Zak will serve as the Legislative Committee Chair.
• Martin T. McGuinn, Esq. of Kirby & McGuinn, will serve as the Legal Resources Committee Chair.
• Michelle Mierzwa, Esq. of Butler and Hosch, will serve as the Finance Committee Chair.

Additionally, Kathy Shakibi, Esq. of RCO Legal will serve as UTA Quarterly’s Legal Consultant. UTA’s committees and its member volunteers are the engine that drives the Association.
