FinCEN (The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network), a bureau of the U.S. Treasury Department, has issued new regulations, effective March 1, 2026, that impact title companies and trustees. The new rules address reporting processes regarding the closing of all-cash residential real estate sales. The webinar will address specifically what information is required in reporting and which party is responsible for various reporting.
