UTA’s hotel room guarantee deadline for the 50th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is July 25th.  That means, after that date, we cannot guarantee that a hotel room will be available at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa for the UTA Conference. To reserve your hotel room and receive our group rate of $179/night (plus $40 resort fee) Saturday through Tuesday please call 1-800-582-2996 and mention our group, United Trustees Association or reserve your room online.

Cancellation is allowable without penalty three days prior to reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible in order to ensure the availability of the UTA rates.
