The panel includes Luke Reidenbach, Chief Consultant, California Assembly Banking & Finance Committee. Luke was involved in all of the detailed negotiations regarding SB 1146 and AB 2424.
Also on the panel will be Cliff Costa, Vice President of California Advocates, UTA’s California Lobbyist firm, and Michelle Mierzwa, Esq., Wright Finlay & Zak. Michelle is Co-Chair of UTA’s Legislative Committee and along with Co-Chair Andrew Boylan, Esq., McCarthy Holthus, drafted many of SB 1146’s key provisions regarding trustee requirements and negotiated several of AB 2424’s key provisions to minimize trustee impact.
