Biography: 

42 years in the Title Insurance industry (last 40 years w/ Lawyers Title).  Involved in F/C and REO transactions since my rookie year in 1981.  My past experience includes: National Title Sales w/ clients in the Loan Servicing and REO arena, providing lenders and outsourcers a network for problem solving and positive solutions.  I have also worked many MBA, REOMAC and CTA events as a volunteer in the past.

Why I would like to be a member of the Board of Directors and/or my vision for UTA:

My reason for becoming a UTA Board Member is to give back to an organization that has given me the opportunity to meet and work w/ some incredibly bright and talented professionals!  I bring title default experience, understanding and common sense to be able to communicate possible alternatives to issues this industry is currently experiencing.  Thank you for your consideration.
