Sleeping Room Deadline Coming

UTA’s hotel room guarantee deadline for the 47th Annual Education Conference & Trade Show is July 29th.  That means, after that date, we cannot guarantee that a hotel room will be available at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa for the UTA Conference after that date.

To reserve your hotel room and receive our group rate of $75/night (plus $17 resort fee) Sunday-Tuesday and/or $185/night (plus $17 resort fee) Friday and Saturday, please call 866-791-7626 and mention our group, United Trustees Association or make your hotel reservations here.

The resort will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. Cancellation is allowable without penalty three days prior to reservation. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible in order to ensure the availability of the UTA rates.
