85 Attend UTA’s Annual Orange County Dinner

Panel discussion format was popular

85 industry members attended UTA’s annual Orange County dinner event on April 17th. This year’s dinner featured a roundtable discussion on several topics, primarily CFPB rules from a foreclosure (operations) perspective; HOA lien issues; and several Washington court cases. The event was sponsored by Metropolitan News Company.

Raffle gifts were provided by Daily Journal Corporation; ServiceLink Agency Sales & Posting; Trustee’s Assistance Corp.; Metropolitan News Company; and ICM.

The discussion was led by four facilitators; Stephen T. Hicklin, Esq., Northwest Trustee Services, Inc.; FEI, LLC; RIM Publications; Linda Kidder, TD Service Company; Mitch Willet, SBS Trust Deed Network; and Richard G. Witkin, Esq., Law Offices of Richard G. Witkin.
